Having been established as Atersan Structure Solutions in 1995 and become a group organization in 2009 by expanding its  business fields, Atergrup’s main activity fields are; construction, energy, real estate, retail and aluminum composite panel production. 

Group continues its operations with a self-sufficient organization in contract, application and whole & retail sales field through Atersan, Aterstore, Aterinşaat, Ater Enerji, Reanka Gayrimenkul companies as well as Aterbond and Atersolar brands in the construction sector with the mission of being a leader and pioneer within its business fields, which is also the founder philosophy. Additionally, the group brings innovative solutions to the sector through Aterenerji in solar power field, and through Reanka in real estate field, drawing on its know-how.

Atersan, the catalyst company of the group, is one of the leading companies in Turkish structure sector with approximately 3000 industrial/commercial projects and near 20 million m²reference applications industrial structures, shopping malls, housing projects, hotel-residence projects and educational structures. Atersan develops fit-to-purpose solutions with a modern and innovative sense in roof and façade systems, cold storages, steel construction, insulation systems, decoration systems and floor systems, drawing on its expertise in the state of art products around the world as well as its innovative organization.

Aterstore offered national and global brands such as Henkel, Danfoss, Deckon, Jotun, Eryap, Mardav, Teknorm, Velux, Aluform, Ursa, Yalteks, Ytongto Aegean Region market in years through its position in construction material supply sector, sense of service and strong business relationships. Aterstore continues its operations with a product variety over 4000, a facility built on 6000 m²land, new storage with 1500 pallet capacity and wide sales and logistics network.

Having completed its branding operations in 2011 to improve and expand its areas of expertise, Atergrup included Aterinşaat to the organization which operates in construction contract business, carrying out civil works from foundation to roof. The group accelerated sub-brand operations at the same time, and released Aterbond Aluminum Composite Panel brand to the market.
